Genuinely helpful, active staff with smiling face. Large & recently refurbished room with a great shower and tea plus the kids stayed.

The breakfast is savoury, includes a wide array of meals. The building is beautiful and the rooms are a nice size and well laid out with coffee and a great shower.

It was nice to have reasonably priced coffee, tea, and toast in the morning.

I would recomand the place. The hotel area was clean, the room was good-sized. Location: the venue was close enough to Birmingham, the Fort and so that was handy. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Classic Fish Bar to relax and grab some food. Booked a room for my needs. Accommodating and amiable stuff suggested restaurants. The breakfast had variety of options, coffee, tea and toast.

Newly decorated and absolutely brilliant hotel, I enjoyed its central location close to main railway line as well as Aston train station. The bed was very comfy, the room - decent sized and functional.

My daughter and I liked being there. The room was well laid out with tea, a kettle and The WiFi, and all other comforts. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was great.

TBH, the room was very small, we expected better.

Its location is convenient to a supermarket. The bets part that it's very close to train station and motorway, Alexander Stadium along the canal which was lovely, and the football ground. The breakfast is savoury, one of the best things.
